- You did great. You went three months without therapy and did not need to send an SOS to Dr. R. Consider it an achievement, two doses of clonazepam notwithstanding.
- Stop indulging your fears. Live with it, befriend it, talk to it. Understand where it's coming from and what it needs from you.
- Be in the now. Comparing your present self to your past self only means living in the past. Worrying about the future is only feeding your fear.
- Show up for yourself. Allow yourself to motivate you, instead of thinking about how your actions would (or wouldn't) benefit other people.
- Keep going. You've already done great progress.
