- You had every reason to stay home in bed: you were sick, you had a panic attack, and you had to travel alone. Yet you showed up. What does this tell you?
- Do not dismiss these small wins, acknowledge and celebrate them:
- you may still be reeling from panic aftershocks but you can now self-regulate and function "normally" - this is what co-exisitng and thriving with anxiety looks like;
- you managed to go through two months without therapy even after having a major panic episode.
- Money may not buy happiness but it gives you options.
